If this were not so, they would immediately say that they could not cope, it would be better to turn to another clinic for a difficult case, and they would not recommend doing an ultrasound scan with a layman. But you need to download the money first. The main thing, of course, is the wasted time. The treatment that was prescribed aggravated the disease. I felt that everything was going wrong. And they were just indifferent. We served them for a long time, but in small ways. Nice, sociable doctors, but this is scary, because when it comes to serious illness, they are not capable of anything. And how to evaluate the fact that they refused treatment at a critical moment to the animal that they had been treated a day ago? You need to be treated only by the specialist in whom you are sure that he will help in trouble. Take care of your animals.

Believe me, I have been in different veterinary institutions - this is the best. Small, cozy room, but there is everything you need. The staff is kind and helpful. The dog got sick, we went to the clinic near the house, I thought it would be better. But no, it’s like on a conveyor belt, one asked something, another gave an injection, and the third an IV. I ask you to tell me how to proceed, what is the forecast. No - to exit through the cashier. And that's all ....... In Diana vet we were greeted warmly, did all the necessary tests, quickly put injections and droppers. All further treatment was prescribed. The doctor LISTENED to me! I answered all the questions. I am very pleased. I can say that the treatment is almost over. My dog ​​feels great and all thanks to the good and professional team.

Good people, if your pet is dear to you, do not go to this clinic. Because you are not treated fraudulently with a cute malicious smile, but they kill your beloved animal and take a lot of money for it !!! If suddenly your animal is diagnosed with piroplasmosis, it is better to contact another clinic. This is done in order not to miss the client, not knowing how and not wanting to establish a true diagnosis. And their medical history can only be taken with a scandal. While waiting in line, sitting with a pet in the car, I watched as worried visitors, either going out to smoke, or while waiting for a taxi, trying to hide from the rain under a small canopy.
