The second time we asked for help with stomach problems, took an analysis, promised to call back. We called ourselves, and after the questions "How to treat?" "What is the dosage of medicines?" And so on, we were told that they cannot answer such questions. That is, we paid for the appointment, but in fact we cannot find out how to save and cure the animal ?! And as it turned out over time, we were not told that we need to get the vaccine again. As a result: the cat did not develop immunity; got sick from the vaccine. As they said "poisoning", it turned out to be just a plague! Indeed, there is no difference at all !!! The cat is 5 months old, but they did a lot of injections and if he survives, he will be on medication all his life. Thank you so much!!!

The staff is competent in sterilization matters. But the question of what to do next with attacks of aggression, we did not receive an answer, we said to give a sedative on herbs, which does not help. We also did not receive comments on how to deal with a cat's hormonal disruption (so that the cat would not eat us at night). Therefore, the score is 4.

You can address problems at any time and they will never refuse help. My Great Dane Augustus and I come here for every sneeze and therefore we do not notice any health problems.
