The first time they applied for the first vaccination for a kitten. Accepted quickly, there was no time to talk and after 5 minutes we were escorted out. The second time we asked for help with stomach problems, took an analysis, promised to call back. We called ourselves, and after the questions "How to treat?" "What is the dosage of medicines?" And so on, we were told that they cannot answer such questions. That is, we paid for the appointment, but in fact we cannot find out how to save and cure the animal ?! And as it turned out over time, we were not told that we need to get the vaccine again. As a result: the cat did not develop immunity; got sick from the vaccine. As they said "poisoning", it turned out to be just a plague! Indeed, there is no difference at all !!! The cat is 5 months old, but they did a lot of injections and if he survives, he will be on medication all his life. Thank you so much!!!

I recommend this clinic and the doctor Daria Alekseevna! She is incredibly understanding and responsive, you can immediately see that she is a great professional. The clinic is small, but for me personally it is close to home. I came to consult about a cold domestic dog. The examination was very detailed, my fears were confirmed and we were prescribed treatment. During the registration of the card, we also talked about my cat, I also brought her for a consultation, treatment for worms, and later were vaccinated!

We arrived with a problem - the adult cat was affectionate and gentle .. at one point she became brutal ☹️ began to rush at the second cat, bit her husband, scratched me to hematomas .. Then they offered to sterilize, as it is possible hormonal failure (the cat has not been sterilized for 11 years) In fact - the cat was spayed, quickly, well. The kitty is fine. The staff is competent in sterilization matters. But the question of what to do next with attacks of aggression, we did not receive an answer, we said to give a sedative on herbs, which does not help. We also did not receive comments on how to deal with a cat's hormonal disruption (so that the cat would not eat us at night). Therefore, the score is 4.

Changed a lot of veterinary clinics before settling on this one. Good equipment, you can always go through a full examination of your pet. Sensitive and attentive doctors. You can address problems at any time and they will never refuse help. My Great Dane Augustus and I come here for every sneeze and therefore we do not notice any health problems. We are grateful and recommend to everyone.

In this veterinarian they sterilized the cat, they were very worried, but everything went great, no complications. The doctors here are caring, treat animals well. Now everything is fine with us, the kitty feels great. Thank!
