We arrived at the clinic to do an ultrasound of the cat's heart, and before that we signed up for an ultrasound of the heart by phone. The assistant (or what the name of this girl is, I don't know) said that the cat needed to be prepared for ultrasound, and began to shave it .... With this manipulation, she cut the cat 4 !!!! nipple!! The cat is shocked. All belly in blood! With all this, the cat did not need to shave its stomach, because the heart is not there, but, apparently, the person working in the veterinary clinic does not know this. We were in this "clinic" for the first and last time! I definitely don't recommend it. We have not received an apology !!!

They killed their favorite animal. Didn't even deserve one star. I came from the other end of the city to the "ratologist", called beforehand - the woman said in a boorish tone that they were taking the rats, they were not interested in details, admission 150. The doctor, a man in years, on the move, without examination and protective equipment, diagnosed the rat with "stroke" , assured that they live with this, prescribed treatment - hepatolytic (l-carnitine + magnesium), a vitamin complex and, for some reason, an antibiotic. I offered to inject, but I was vowed to be given with water and that the condition was not critical. I tried to force them to buy vials with homemade, non-factory stickers from them in the clinic. They did not let me out of the clinic until the money came to the card, although I showed on the screen that the money had been sent. The beloved rat died after less than a week of treatment. I wish you burn in hell. The whole team. "Thank you" for the indifference and desire to rip off the dough.
