20/05 at 21.20, standing in line, ordered 0.5 fresh kiwi fruit for 90 UAH. I asked for a book of complaints - they refused me. I asked for a san book - I was told that it was not there. I turned to the administration of the shopping center "Arcadia". I was offered to write a complaint on a blank A4 sheet. I painted the essence of the problem and left my mobile phone. Of course, no one contacted me.
