On the plus side: a nice and caring team. The dentist did the cleaning very carefully and almost painlessly, and after the procedure she gave a lot of consultations. Of the minuses: the site lists 3 numbers + feedback form. I had to spend the whole morning to be answered in the end. Regarding prices: you focus on one value beforehand, discuss it with the administrator - and as a result you receive a check for UAH 500 more. I think you should warn the patient right away what you plan to do and how much it will cost. Remained dissatisfied with this!

I chose the clinic for a long time after several unsuccessful visits to the dentists, and I am so glad that I listened to the advice, the clinic is really super. Service, attitude to the client, quality of work, low prices, everything is at the highest level. I recommend to all! it would be possible to put 0, I would put 0. on Saturday 17/10 I called from 15:55 to 16:50 on all possible phones from the site. I even phoned the doctor directly, he told another number, which also did not answer the phone. considering that the site indicates opening hours on Saturdays until 17:00. I also left on the site my number in two forms for calling back. so far (21/10 09:30) no one has typed. it is a pity that good specialists work in such a disgusting service. SUPPLEMENT: today 17/11. There was still no feedback from the clinic. SUPPLEMENT 2: today 04/02, only replied to the review in Google. Naturally, no one called back.

I would gladly put 0 out of 5. Leaving the clinic for the second time, I already decided that I would not return here, as there were doubts about the competence of Natalya Akulich and her assistant, but the coolest thing was ahead when, a month after the "treatment" still reacted with acute pain to any liquid. I went to another clinic, the doctor confirmed my doubts about Akulevich's professionalism and the work she performed. If you have a lot of health, time, money and you like to visit dentists, I highly recommend
