Very nice studio with a cozy stylish interior. The teaching is at the highest level, all asanas are explained in detail, they control the correctness of their implementation. immediately correct and help correct mistakes. And another pleasant discovery was that there is a massage room in the studio. After doing yoga, I did a massage procedure, the sensations and the effect surpassed all expectations. Now I decided to take a massage course)

I am very glad that I finally found a studio where I feel at home. The masters have created an incredible atmosphere around them, I want to come back again and again. An important criterion in choosing a studio for me was precisely the professionalism of the teachers, I read a lot and was interested in their work before coming to class. I hope this review will help a person who doubts his choice to make it without further hesitation. It's just worth it to come once to understand that it's yours)

I bought a course online from this studio, in the middle of the course I was removed from the zoom without explanation and the entrance was blocked, after five minutes I began to wonder what the matter was, it turned out that because of the turned off camera, although these rules were not covered and were not spelled out anywhere ... They were disrespectful. Then they started pouring everything into the fact that the wrong energies converged on that day, and that's why it happened. They promised to return the money for the remaining days. They never returned it. Not long before that, they asked me to write a good review about the studio.

New, cozy studio with great rooms for group and individual lessons. The energy is incredible! I live in another country, but I have already come to the studio for seminars twice and now I am studying online, because very cool teachers work in Zen Yoga Studio! Coming to their classes, I received correct yoga practice with an individual approach to myself! Recommend !!
