I am writing here, because Katya Zhest herself blocked me on Insta @ alyona176. I got a spinal injury in the Tin Club at the 3-week training session, I could not step on my foot in pain, I did an MRI and it turned out that I had a hernia of the lumbar spine. I got an operation. I told Katya to you that the training at your club led to problems, but you are just silent, you probably could at least warn the girls about the possible risks to their health! I thought my muscles hurt and walked until I was able to even stand in pain ...

A lot of good things you can write about this studio. I really recommend Tin, Katerina and Maxim are excellent coaches, demanding and attentive. In the studio, you will not only spend your body in order, but also learn how to eat properly, you will change your way of life, you will become disciplined and love yourself, unless of course you all need it. I really recommend the fitness studio Tin!
