Easy to give birth is easy with the help of Okana Tsarenok. I gave birth to my second child with Oksana at the age of 40. OKSANA guessed absolutely all my desires and desire to retire, pleasant music and relaxation - these are my memories of this incredible day 👍 WITHOUT exaggeration, this day will be remembered for me as the happiest one for all my life! I gave birth without pain, without anesthesia, easily and simply thanks to my positive attitude, high professionalism of Oksana and doctor Roman Vorona, whom she also recommended to me. The husband can supplement the doula, but cannot replace it. Only a person with great experience, subtle intuition and great dedication, like Oksana Tsarenok, can make this process really easy!

I went to Oksana's courses and yoga for pregnant women from the 6th to the 9th month. Thanks to yoga, she was able to give birth easily and without breaks, although the baby was large. This is my third birth and there is something to compare with) Very pleasant communication and atmosphere in the classroom. Oksana also helped a lot with lactostasis - the massage was painless and very effective, and as a bonus - really useful and working tips / life hacks on caring for a baby and as a family psychologist)

With pleasure I went to Oksana's yoga for pregnant women from 6 months of pregnancy. And I didn’t regret it. These activities helped me to be in good shape, feel light and avoid swelling. Plus a cool emotional atmosphere in the classroom and very cozy. And Oksana, before or after the lesson, can find answers to all the exciting questions related to pregnancy or childbirth. Despite the fact that it was the second birth for me, on the mini-course on childbirth I learned a lot of new things for myself, which gave me confidence in this process, the phobia that I had before disappeared. And in the process of giving birth, everything was so, literally to the smallest detail, as Oksana said. I recommend everyone to attend yoga classes for pregnant women and courses for pregnant women with Oksana. This is a professional, a master of his craft and an excellent conversationalist and practitioner. I want to go to yoga with Oksana again)

I went to yoga for pregnant women. Until the very birth I felt good, there was a minimum of discomfort in my body. Plus, I received a lot of useful information about preparing for childbirth and postpartum recovery. Already when the baby was born, she asked for help during lactostasis. Oksana was always in touch with me, consulted, and when there was a need, she came home for a massage. Considering that there is no way to be ill with a child for a long time, she simply saved me.

Oksana, thank you for your work! I met Oksana at yoga for pregnant women, then took a course with my husband "Partner childbirth", now I take advice on hepatitis B and complementary foods.
