I contacted the realtor Natalya Koshanskaya, discussed and agreed on viewing with a preliminary call again the day before viewing. On this day, we talked again and the viewing was confirmed to me, and if everything suits us, we can immediately make a deal. 15 minutes before watching, when I was already driving up, they wrote to me that they say sorry, but the apartment is already on bail and the viewing is canceled! How so ??? I am going through half of the city in the morning after a working week for a viewing and I am informed that someone there gave a deposit. A day ago everything was fine, and today I'm sorry, but we don't need you anymore. What kind of relationship with customers ?? What are the agreements and collaterals on the side? In general, I do not recommend dealing with this company. Wasted time and effort.
