I thought that for that kind of money, the quality should be at the level, but in fact not even "norms". A pair of sneakers didn’t serve the season (summer) and the sole was rubbed to holes, despite the fact that I didn’t wear them very much and actively and not climbed mountains in them, but only walked the streets.

The service in the store is of the highest standard. A story happened with my couple (described below). The store administration reacted very quickly and went to meet me, although I was not completely right. The shoes are good, high quality, even the specialist said so. I recommend it, a nice store with nice prices and excellent service. Thanks to Sergey. Situation. They bought me a pair of shoes as a present in the store. Previously, I also bought shoes here, it seemed like the quality of the norms was. Now, not even 14 days have passed since my socks have come off. Photos can be viewed in the application. I decided to glue them with ordinary super glue, this apparently was a mistake, the skin, if it was leather, undressed and changed color. Should have been carried under warranty. It will be interesting to know the reaction of the store in this case. I am attaching a photo of the check.

Today I bought shoes in a store, paint and bleach for the soles. Arriving home, I saw that the bottle of bleach was not sealed. That is, I was sold a product that was already opened, or defective. The liquid spilled over the bag with shoes and other goods, receipts and a guarantee. About half of the bleach is left. I am very unhappy with this situation. PS: They called back, said that they would monitor the quality of this product in the future, offered to send a new jar and a promotional code for a discount for a new collection. A new jar was sent, packed in cardboard as from under a box. All the same, everything spilled.
