I do not advise you to place an order in this store, since you will wait for an unknown amount of time, the managers will feed you "noodles", they do not want to return the money. All the information about the delivery that is published on the site is absolutely not true. The site says that if a person cannot decide on the size, it is possible to order delivery by courier of two sizes to choose from in the city of Kiev. In the Viber chat, they wrote that such a service is only for delivery by New mail and 100 UAH. Already, as it were, does not correspond to the information on the site. After placing an order, they are fed promises that the order will be sent for 4 days. And judging by the reviews on the site, everyone is told the same reason "heavy workload in the warehouse, they accept a lot of goods." If you don't know how to serve customers well, then you better not take it. I will contact the law enforcement agencies, since the service was not provided and the money is not returned - this is already a fraud !!! UAH 100 it's not that much money, but it's a matter of principle.

To place an order in this store was a big mistake. I do not recommend it to anyone. The pair of shoes that came in did not fit (and this is the only time this size of this brand did not fit on the leg). The couple was immediately sent back to the store, following all the instructions on the site for returns, and asked to change the size. Additionally, we informed the store about the return by mail, chat and phone. After that, all hell began. 1) For more than a week, no one took our return shipment, the manager promised every day "tomorrow / soon / as there will be time for the warehouse workers." 2) Charter of listening from employees "tomorrow / maybe" - I refused to make a replacement and asked for a refund. The employee began to persuade me that "today we will definitely pick up the parcel and send it for sure," but then he admitted that they would not pick it up or send it. 3) A refund was promised within 7 working days (more than a week has passed since the order was made). I waited patiently for 7 days - and received nothing. I wrote to them in the evening of the 7th day to support them - I received in response "we will check with the accountant, there is nothing more to say." They probably clarified something and sent me money at 12 o'clock in the morning (on the 8th day), but less than my order amount. To the question "why is the amount less?" again "We will find out from the accountant". At the moment, they are still finding out.

I ordered sneakers here, a replica of normal quality, let's see how they show themselves in the process of wearing. Sent quickly - received the next day, but alas, the size did not fit. I wrote to the post office about the exchange - they answered on the 5th day (of which 2 days off). We exchanged quickly, in a day I already had sneakers of my size. I can recommend, I think I will order here again.
