I was walking past this hair salon and popped in for a quote on dying my hair, as this isn't the nicest part if Kyiv I expected it to be cheap. I was quoted 1000 uah (about €30 euros) for balayage here, at such a good price I booked an appointment on my next visit to Kyiv. The staff were friendly and helpful at the time. When I arrived at the salon the hairdresser was angry that she needed an extra hour for my appointment and asked if she could do an up-do instead. The hairdresser was bad tempered through the entire experience and then accidentally broke a glass, and left it there. Rather than balayage, she achieved the dying via backcombing sections of my hair. When I went to leave the price was tripled from the agreed price, which is never the done thing in Kyiv, so I ended up paying 3000 uah (about €90 euros). I won't return to this salon.

Great salon with very nice and professional staff! For the first time I was on the procedure of laser hair removal and did not regret that I chose this place. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, thanks to the professionalism and personal approach of master Martyshkina Lyudmila. I will continue my course in this salon😊

Used the services of a hammam, cool. Hall for 4x maximum. Reservation on the site is convenient, the administrator called back for confirmation and reminded me 1 day in advance.
