I took a liking to the reviews😩 Deceive people. Top master and colorist can't match the color. I showed a photo of the color, I specified several times I want a cold shade. As a result, they made it warm and proved that it was cold together with the director of the salon. I went to repainted in another salon and there they confirmed that the shade is warm and does not fit my face color type at all! What a top master and colorist this is, who does not know how to make a cold shade, the colorist must be able to choose the right shade without the client's words! And if you made a mistake, have the courage to fix it, but of course it's easier to just rip off the money.
