I really wanted to print the drawing on a cup, I went around 4 different printing service studios in a day. Everywhere either the price is sky-high, or the typewriter does not leave pretty gaps, or the color of the cup does not match. And only here I was offered the PERFECT 😍 version of the cup, they talked very kindly and nicely, helped to crop the image correctly and printed the cup in 30 minutes !!! They packed the cup in a beautiful transparent wrapper and tied it with a red ribbon. A trifle, but very nice. I would like to say a huge thank you to the girls who so cheered up today!

Very rude staff. 02/06 I sent a photo to the mail, with a request to print and called, during the conversation the administrator said that the printer was busy in the next 15 minutes and we ended the conversation. An hour later, I arrived in Arcadia, stood in line for 20 minutes, after a man came up, he began to shout in a raised tone that the printer was busy all day, and that if I hadn't hung up, I would have found out about it. I asked not to shout, but it did not help. I have been typing here for several years, but I have never seen such a boorish attitude. There is no more mood to print. Choose better staff, to be rude for no reason is not the best service.

Printed A4 sheet on self-adhesive paper. There were white logos on the page, they simply did not print, because, as I already found out after I paid the money, this printer does not print white. Nobody warned about this in advance, the layout was not checked during printing, they printed nonsense for 60 UAH. Well, all this was accompanied by unpleasant communication from the manager.

Disgusting service. The title contains the word express, but in fact, any print takes from 1.5 hours. The eternal queue and poor service are rude. I won't print anything else here.

Terrible studio and staff, feeling like I'm getting paid and not me. Always dissatisfied with something. Any request to print hellish work for them. It's strange how they still work with this approach.
