Feedback on the course "Partnership Agreement" by Katerina Kovalchuk. All my businesses, both today and in the past, represent some form of partnership. Before watching Katrina's video lessons and attending the free introductory master class, I had no idea that owning a business is a profession, and partnership is a full-fledged science. Moreover, at all stages - from the selection of a partner (if there is a business idea or, conversely, an offer from the outside), building correct long-term transparent relations with him, solving current business issues, until the moment of parting for one reason or another. Without exaggeration, the course "Partnership Agreement" on the one hand, opened for me a new page of knowledge, on the other hand, it showed that my 15 years of partnership relations in business were, no more, no less, just blind poking "for luck" into partnerships relationship. At the same time, a lot is already working and something needs to be changed gently and gradually. And I must admit that if I had taken the course earlier, then 60-65 percent of my partnerships would not have taken place. Good or bad, only time will tell. But I can say that if I follow the knowledge and skills received from Katerina, then I will have three times less joint projects, but their quality (as I expect) will radically increase. Therefore, the course is especially useful for those who have a small number of partner businesses and each such project is important or financially significant. But even if in a specific situation or an already existing business partnership it is impossible for some reason to directly apply the methods and skills of this course, their very knowledge makes this choice conscious, with the acceptance and awareness of the risks associated with this choice. A very good choice would be to take the course with partners together. This increases the efficiency of this event by just a few orders of magnitude. It is very difficult to convey to your partner things that you not only learned, but they became obvious to you, without which it is simply impossible to further cooperate. Therefore, I strongly recommend taking the course together with a partner / partners. I would also like to note that the course is extremely applied, aimed at immediate implementation in real life. Either when establishing a new partnership or adjusting / improving an existing one. And I want to warn you right away that the course is built on strict control of the material learned, feedback, homework and, finally, there is an analogue of a thesis - writing a specific partnership agreement for your business. Therefore, if someone plans to just listen to what Katerina says to increase their general erudition, then I do not recommend taking the course to such people, you can just listen to Katerina's free speeches / lectures, for a general understanding this is quite enough. And again, I warn you, like Morpheus in The Matrix, after completing the course, you will no longer be able to treat business ownership and partnerships the same way as before. And frustrations with the status quo and past decisions of your own are almost mandatory. From my own experience I have to state this. But if new and extremely useful knowledge and practical skills in partnership are not frightening, I do not know the best way yet!
