I rarely write reviews, but there are so many good ones that I decided to share my experience. The doctor may be good, I don't know. However, they took a kitten from me at the dacha, who lived on the street for some time and it was necessary to check if everything was fine, if there were any problems with street cats and which would need to be treated. After dialing the clinic, I asked who I could consult with - I was immediately registered, I once again clarified whether I can get answers to my questions before the appointment? In response, I received a very annoyed answer. I asked the girl politely if everything was fine with her, to which I received a series of negativity, after that I realized, nevertheless :) that they were rude to me and I asked her name and surname to convey “hello” to her management. The girl called her name - Alena, but she just hung up on the last name. The second time he called to sort out the boorish behavior in principle, another woman answered the phone and called herself the "chief" doctor, giving her the details of communication and received the answer that we have a turn here and this is normal. Bottom line: Everything related to medicine requires trust and if at the first contact it does not arise in the future it will no longer be. I found another clinic with the same rating in google maps, next to where they could answer all my questions before making an appointment, the price difference was 50 UAH more at the time of admission, but this amount more than covers the feeling that I turned to professionals who love their job.

The doctors are real professionals, they rescued both the cat and the dog there. They do everything promptly and conscientiously. Insanely grateful to the doctors and I advise the clinic to those who are looking for high-quality help and not pulling money for contrived procedures in expensive clinics
