We considered the option of classes for mom / dad in this complex, asked for a discount, given that the second person from the family was going to study. Not understanding the client's expectations, the director immediately began to say that there would be no discounts, the complex would be closed, perhaps something about prices in Kiev, and we, for a second, in Zaporozhye. And having made a discount of 300-400 UAH, my expectations would be satisfied, the complex could receive + 1.5k UAH and a loyal client who would tell his friends / relatives that he was given a discount, how clean and beautiful, convenient and pleasant when you are not treated from the point of view of no, but with a willingness to discuss and try for you. In general, it is surprising that there is still NO single proposal for monetizing a huge potential segment, parents who drive their children and could spend an hour usefully; despite the fact that this is an obvious and profitable idea with a competent study. It is also strange that there is no advertising on Instagram and bloggers, at a minimum cost, and the effect, with the right selection of personnel, will be. in total, you have minus a satisfied client and minus ~ 15k hryvnyas per year and an ossified, inflexible system, which may in the future lead to the closure and bankruptcy of an excellent complex, as the director said.
