Is it okay to tell a client that we don't care and I don't like you? While the administration's mistake is the wrong entry, does it concern customers? No! I registered myself and the child in advance! The day is planned. In fact, it turns out that the girl who picked up the phone did not write down correctly. If the administration made a mistake, it is obliged to solve it, and not to shout at the client that this is not her problem and does not concern her and the clients are not interested in her. They refused to give the contact number of the management, I would like to clarify with the owner whether the administrator's rudeness is really worth losing customers and why does she decide whether customers are needed or not ?! I went exclusively to the master, pleasant and polite. But now I will not advise anyone. It is better to overpay, since there is enough competition in this business now.

You don't even have to go. Just call and they will answer you in such a way that the mood will be ruined. I called to schedule a paint job. I was asked to call back in 10 minutes (called back) and they answered that I was not calling on time.

Quality, at reasonable prices, but no organization. Having signed up, for example, at 13:00, you will sit down with the master at best, in about 15 minutes. And an even worse option is that they will forget about you and put their acquaintance in place of you, who did not even sign up.
