I do not recommend the Kompromiss real estate agency to anyone, director Victoria and her subordinate Fedor. Terrible non-professionals, it is impossible to talk to them, they immediately start screaming. They draw up transactions, trying by any means to evade the law, substitute both the seller and the buyer, and do not want to take responsibility for their mistakes in the future, referring to the fact that they only provide advisory services. Consulting not a single good lawyer, doctor, etc. doesn't cost as much as they charge for their supposed "advisory services". The website contains the address of the company: blvd. Winter 12, nevertheless the location on the google map is constantly changing, which again indicates that the team of "non-professionals" is hiding and does not want to be responsible for their mistakes. I highly do not recommend it !!! Spend a lot of time and effort to solve the problems presented by them.
