Rude and dissatisfied operators. They won’t explain anything plainly, because of which it stood for 40 minutes waiting for the operator to free (although she said that after 15 minutes), then it turned out that it was possible to receive the parcel from another operator. Thanks to the people who prompted me, the operator walked and did not say a word.
