And since I had a 12-hour working day, I was physically unable to bring an animal for examination as required by your doctor, I asked if I could call the clinic and find out what happened with the tests, and also CLARIFIED whether I would be prescribed treatment? In response, they kindly answered me yes of course. On the first day of the examination they did not help !!!! which is very upsetting. On the evening of 02/01/21 at 19.25, your doctor called me back, informing only that the animal had inflammation and increased leukocytes, in the phone mode, I asked to be told what was wrong with him, and I never heard the exact diagnosis, ( whether it is bronchitis, or is it rhinotracheitis, the owner himself thinks out ...) and when I asked the doctor to prescribe treatment over the phone and in the end wrote out at least something, they answered me Bring the cat and we will write !!! The question is why carry a cat every day ??? (Your doctor kept repeating this all the time.) Once again, having heard that I needed to bring the cat again, I realized that without money in your clinic they don't even want to talk for free, given that the initial consultation costs 60 UAH. as your consultant said for this money, the cat will be examined and provided with assistance .... the result, I paid 250 UAH. and did not provide any help !!!! After that, the cat was taken to the state veterinary clinic, where literally in half an hour, they examined and established a diagnosis and prescribed treatment, it is good that the state veterinary clinic also has professionals. And I will not recommend your famous clinic to anyone .... thanks.
