The paragraph was a refusal to issue cash with a card, arguing that I do not have a passport with me, although a passport is needed only if I do not have a card with me, which speaks of the professionalism of the employee. Or is she just with ... In general, he refused to serve this bank and I do not recommend anyone to contact him.

Back in 2012, I considered this bank one of the best. To date, this is the worst thing that I have ever used. Not only is there little functionality in online banking and you have to go to the branch if they decide to check the relevance of your data. And they can think of it at any time! You will not be able to upload photocopies in your personal account, and this is despite the general quarantine, on your physical health and self-isolation ... Even if you are a bedridden patient, as I was told on the hotline, you still need to come to their department! And this is to the department, where there is no ramp, high and steep steps. But that's not all, you will have to climb these steps to the second floor, and go down to the cashier to the basement ...! Believe me, this is a quest for a disabled person. But directly in the department itself, rudeness awaits you not only from ordinary employees, but also from the department manager. This madam, allows herself to raise her voice and be rude to the client, instead of making a remark to the employee and trying to solve the client's problem, therefore, the behavior of other employees is a priori no better. In a word, this is not a European bank, as they position themselves, but a regional grocery store from the times of the Soviet Union. I personally have such an association. If the bank management forces its employees to deceive customers and impose non-existent services, then at least teach people to culturally serve and not mumble into the phone.

A nice telephone support service but at the same time to enable the otp smar service you need to contact the bank with a passport and code where there is no other options for 2 km. Iza is not very happy with this bank. I really do not recommend this bank to people who are used to having all the bank services on the phone.
