Our family has already ordered furniture from Mebel-Liberty 5 times and we have never regretted our choice. The furniture is of good quality, the guys make it with soul and always listen to the wishes of the customer. I am glad that the deadlines are always met, they do the delivery themselves. I definitely recommend it!

I do not advise! They sent a tattered banquet from all sides !! The packaging is completely intact. The carrier is not to blame for anything. Since the condition of the order is an advance payment, no one is going to return the funds and redo them too. Gamemodels !!! After 3 days, the manager of this store contacted me and offered to send them a banquet, supposedly they will redo it at their own expense. And so, the cost of a banquet is 5300 UAH, the cost of delivery of an autolux is 270 UAH, order a car and a loader who transports from the office of a transport carrier to an apartment is 860 UAH. In total, 3400 UAH costs me the rework. Not only did I order a banquet for 5300 and, as I believe, lost this money, I still need to pay 3400 and it is not a fact that I will receive this banquet back. In response to my proposal to compensate for the constriction in place without sending the product back, I was told that they could send the fabric to the damaged areas and I supposedly had to do something with this fabric myself. A torn banquet from all sides, a banner, if you call the master to the house, costs 3 thousand UAH. To which I received the answer: "We will send you only 1000 UAH after deleting the negative review" And then how to react to the words of the owner, who encourages to read only positive reviews about them ... The result of ordering furniture from this company: 1. Wasted nerves 2.Lost money 3. Lost trust and time (in this store I ordered another banquet, it's good that I didn't have time to pay) 4. Psychological discomfort (communication of managers in a raised tone, with reproaches and unwillingness to listen at all) P.S As I was initially told in autolux, the product is packed in the sender's material and they do not use such packaging. Consequently, the transport company has nothing to do with damage to the banquet. It is unrealistic to receive insurance compensation for this case. The owner's response is intended for new readers of reviews. Nobody was going to solve the problem and is not going to.

I would like to thank the wonderful store for the very high quality furniture. The banquet I ordered is beyond praise. I would especially like to note the manager Ilona: an attentive, patient and very competent specialist. Thank you very much))))
