Заказывала распил и кромкование своей столешницы. Работа выполнена отлично но долго. Сказали в понедельник а сделали в среду. (Отдала Столешницу в пятницу) И мне не звонили пока я сама не нашла номер телефона тут и не написала в вайбер про свой заказ. В вайбер ответили быстро, написали что заказ выполнен. И только потом позвонили с даск центра (мужчина который забирал заказ). Сами судите, может это и не долго. Девочки которые принимали заказ громко слушали музыку, на мою просьбу сделать тише, так как я не слышала даже то что девушка мне говорит по заказу -проигнорировали. Сравнивать цены в масс-маркете и тут на базе -цена существенно отличается. Сравнить даже те самые ножки для барной стойки, в Эпицентре по 120 тут 80. Поэтому однозначно рекомендую данное место для покупок

Do you want to spend a lot of time to place an order for cutting / sawing? - That way! Orders are accepted by two ladies. At what some of them do not say what, in response they muttered something and that's it. The bottom line? - there was a queue to one, and she was only busy with tables and something else. Of the three people in the hall - only one was cut and cut on chipboard, the second in 50 minutes that we already ran "smoking" twice here and for the most part sits idle chatting with a guy whose role at the third computer is still not clear. To the only one accepting such orders, by the standards of how much time is spent on 1 already decent queue. But, the lady already accepts the second person out of turn and who flew in from the street, with the words - "they occupied". Lovely conversations, large orders for sawing - apparently "their masters" - you can't put them extra time if there is such a desire to accept them ?! No respect for "mere mortals"! The last time they made an order here was 2 years ago - we were happy with everything, now ... Dack is rolling under the plinth. Do something. I will supplement the review with the fact that the cutting and delivery was carried out quickly. Literally two working days and two closets with us. Everything is clear and without cutting errors or material damage.

Think very carefully before ordering anything from this store. Company employees are not competent. We ordered 7 facades. The manager was selected by Anna Simanko. For selection, I give the most negative assessment. Photos of the facades, I attach to my review. New facades are completely unsuitable in color (all old facades were purchased in Daska in the summer of 2020). They immediately refused to change, I had to take home and call the hotline. So, was it worth waiting for these facades for a month? No. There are companies that are more competent and loyal. Also, I noticed that a lot of positive reviews are written from one-day ACCs. You need to efficiently establish professional communication with clients, do your job with high quality, and do not wind up positive reviews for yourself. I will personally appeal to Google employees for additional verification of reviews. Let's see how events will develop further.

Rich assortment, service at a sufficient level. I would like to see smiles on the faces of the sellers. Already sooooo unfriendly for everyone ((((tired and angry .... I want to shop faster and run away.
