The employees at the post office itself have no good questions, but the woman who introduced herself as a postman on the phone is just awful !!! She called and started yelling where is your address to which I made a remark to her, she said I'm not yelling, I have dogs here, I can't hear well, I said the address (10 minutes to go from the post office as it turned out), but the parcel was never brought, I type her to ask where is my parcel to which she yells back into the phone about the address I say back and she replies, "Deeeeee go and pick up your parcel at the post office It was not at all difficult for me to go and pick it up, although the workers themselves at the post office asked why the postman didn’t bring it to you !!! Disgusting woman, why take such people to work!

The department works longer than the others. Surprisingly, friendly workers, at least I've come across such. The only thing: once I received a package not in the best condition.

Good competition new mail. Delivery is fast, shipping costs are lower than new. I use it constantly, I'm happy with everything.

The best branch of the Ukrainian Post. Sometimes I accept and send parcels from this point. I used to use the branch near Silpo and my opinion about the Ukrainian Post was terrible. I am glad that I discovered this item for myself. When there are no queues (which, oddly enough, is typical) it is very comfortable to carry out the operations you need. The girls answer all questions in an accessible and calm way, I always leave there with a feeling of burying.

Good, clean, renovated room. There were practically no queues, at the time when I went into the office.
