The most tasteless rolls that I have ever tried are tasteless, dry. Roll cheese is clearly not Philadelphia !!! And there is too much of it, in almost every type of roll it is ... it looks like the usual cheese curds Alya Ferma or Vesela Korivka. Also as a gift these poppies with cheese ... it would be better if the rest learned how to do normally than to serve such. Ginger .. Such a feeling that someone has already eaten it or it has been lying in the "fresh air" for three days - gray, dry, crumpled, with wasabi the same situation, is it that you got it ??? ((((All this "yummy" was from Mussorgsky, by the way it is impossible to get through there, no one picks up the phone, it’s probably easier to walk on foot! I called Yubileynaya, I wanted to place an order there, but they redirected them to 44th, they seem to already called back and accepted the order.The girl who took the order does not orientate at all in the menu - does not know what ordinary poppies with salmon are when they are indicated on the menu as -Sake Maki ... well, sorry, the employees should know the menu, suggest, poppies in the range not so much to sit like that

We ordered the "Winter" set for a 2 kg promotion for UAH 565 in the 44th quarter. It was the second time (that's why they ordered it because the first time the rolls were delicious). This time - it's something out of hand. They didn’t eat worse. Philadelphia cheese didn't smell. The cheese along the way had an old, strange smell, sour taste. Instead of tuna, it feels like there were ordinary canned fish. Overcooked rice - the rolls in the sauce crumbled, but they shouldn't. We do not recommend and do not order any more. Hope management draws conclusions. You can't do that with clients.

We ordered sushi at 17.55 in Mr. Chan on 44 sq. They promised to bring it in 2.5 hours. We wait 2.5 hours, wait 3, wait 3.5 hours. And at 21.45 the courier calls us !!! Almost 4 hours later! What is the adequacy? Clients count on time, sit and wait, but they don't care! I understand the workload, they do not have time .. We are all people .. Well, call and warn !!! What is the problem?? Where is your customer focus? Thanks for a wonderful evening. The order was not taken, it was no longer relevant. The indifference of workers at the highest level. Continue in this direction further until you lose all clients. It is clear that no one from the administration will answer. What is it that there is no answer or hello on the Instagram page on the publicized page !! Feedback from buyers is also just a "tower" !!

We ordered a set from the cook on the md. Gornyatsky. This is perhaps the first and last time we took sushi there. They "forgot" to put fish in Philadelphia, and soy sauce was diluted with water, tasteless and almost colorless. The administrator offered in return any set to choose for free, just that we would remove the review on Instagram. When they refused, they simply deleted the review ... If you want good reviews, then follow the actions of your employees. One star only for Chicken cheese, from the whole set they had at least some taste, and very good. I hope you pay attention to the above and take action.
