I want to leave a review about the MIDA store, Krivoy Rog, Sotsgorod (how to go to Chervona). I bought winter boots, not a month has passed, torn at the seam, in the heel. I gave it under warranty to the store with a request for an exchange or refund. Since the "competent" store employees explained that it was not supposed to exchange my pair for another somehow worn pair, they suggested replacing the part at the manufacturer's factory. Not only have they done poorly, this can be seen by the presence of a seam on one boot and the absence of it on another, but also the material is different. Hotline does not work. Repair took more than 10 days. Work not satisfied. I don’t want and do not recommend taking shoes anymore at the MID. So liked the shoes and so disgustingly made. I bought red suede boots with white soles in Mida on Sotsgorod, in the spring, the trousers were painted. In the summer we bought sandals for my daughter, they also dyed. I do not recommend buying colored suede shoes in this store
