Service is disgusting. I decided to transfer the number to Lifesel. In the store (SEC Lyubava) I wanted to get a card for porting the number. At first, I waited 10 minutes for the seller to connect to the system, while constantly calling somewhere. Then it turned out that the application was incorrect. When asked how to fix it, the answer is: I don't know, my manager will go and take the computer and fix something. To the question: when ?, the answer is: I don’t know. I say to cancel the application, they don't know how to do it. Complete incompetence of the staff. Now I'm thinking whether it's worth switching to this operator at all.
