The clinic, in general, is not a bad doctor, slower and for the fact that they always need to talk to the head who is the place to do her job for which she is paid, comes to the waiting room and distracts doctors and nurses with her conversations who waste time not on work but on chatting for which they are not paid. I don’t know why this manager is looking for work there if she doesn’t know how to deal with clients, she behaves like at home and tries to let her friends go to an appointment without queues, she doesn’t care that others are standing in line and wasting their time, we are all clients and all of us we pay money for the reception. If she will work there, then the clinic will not live long with such an attitude towards people and their animals.
If the health of your pet is dear to you, then in no case do not carry it to Aibolit.
My story is as follows: a Scottish paddle-eared kitten came to me under the door, immediately found that he had problems with its legs, limped (apparently there were some fractures), and a problem with the ears (there was blood from the ears). I took the kitten to Aibolit to see it (I felt sorry for the child, my hand did not rise), they accepted us, they found Otitis, began to inject antibiotics and clean their ears, this lasted two days, the baby began to feel much better, but stopped eating. At the next appointment, she told the doctor about it, she put on a drip with "food". The next day we came, we were met by another "doctor" and found he had cirrhosis of the liver without taking any tests (only on the yellow skin near the ears), just before that, yellow droplets were dropped into the baby's ears. In the end, she prescribed two IVs and 8 or 9 injections at a time. I brought the kitten home in a plague condition, his coordination of movements was impaired, he could not walk, he was carried from side to side, and shortness of breath appeared, and the next day he generally began to vomit yellow water. Then I called another clinic, consulted with the doctor, he said that if the kitten has white squirrels in his eyes and the tummy is not yellow, then he does not have cirrhosis and the baby was in vain. Not having time to go to the clinic again, the kitten began to vomit and eventually died in agony. Why the cat was killed is not clear. I am writing with tears in my eyes, because the animal will not return, and this creature, in the form of a "doctor", will continue to kill the animals and thus remain unpunished! I hope that my story will become a lesson for people, and before you bring your animal to this hospital, think a hundred times whether you want the animal to be killed or to cure it. Know that there is no place for animals in this clinic, they will only be killed here, because the CONVALS are working !!!
went to the clinic because the dog began to walk very sluggishly, painful sensations while feeling the abdomen and back. donated blood, gave injections for two days, prescribed pills (enroxil is a powerful antibiotic, probiotic and pills, the effectiveness of which has not even been proven). and advised to transfer the animal to food for sensitive digestion. This treatment regimen was followed for several days, but the animal was getting worse. practically did not go, did not eat. went to another clinic and were shocked. a dog, a dachshund, has serious back problems and it's amazing how he still walks. the intervertebral disc presses on the spinal cord, they would apply a little later - an expensive operation would be required at the cost of tormenting the dog. it is a pity that we lost time in this clinic and made the situation worse. now the dog is assigned to sit in a cage for 4 weeks, without the slightest physical exertion, painkillers. I don’t want to write about the behavior of doctors at appointments and so on, I’ll just say to the point: the dog was not diagnosed, was prescribed ineffective treatment. they said it was about nutrition, but in fact the dog's back hurt like hell that he could not move normally. I won't talk to the clinic anymore.
I would like to express my deep gratitude to the staff of Aibolit from the bottom of my heart, namely Lilia Ruslanovna Makhaidarova and Valeria Viktorovna Babadai. at the end of the working day, they saved five lives of French Bulldogs. The attitude and professionalism are great.
They say about such
Veterinarians from God.
Now we are slowly gaining strength. Do not postpone
Contact in time so that your beloved pets do not suffer.
In my case, a mistake was made from ignorance. One life was not saved. I recommend.
I consulted by phone and once was at a reception with a cat. Their recommendations and symptomatic therapy helped. The clinic does research that is difficult to find in others. Doctors explain everything. Consider different options. The animal was treated professionally. There is no pre-registration for the reception - the queue
