I want to express my sincere gratitude to the medical staff of the hospital and personally to the doctor Roman Mikhailovich! My mother is 69 years old, they brought her all the way from Vyshhorod (because they didn't take her closer) with pneumonia. Despite the fact that it was late at night, she was immediately treated. Arrived from vacation, my husband had an earache (unbearable pain, Saturday) ... On Sunday morning I called 103, they give a landline number (they said that the reception) called non-stop for 25 minutes, pick up the phone: good afternoon, fast ... and I'm shocked to ask: fast, really? I called for 25 minutes on autodials! ... Well it doesn't matter, told that worries, told that it isn't to them to call and in reception department, gave number ... I call ... They took a phone at once - told about a problem, told me that today Laura is not there ... and here I ask: well, no, and what should I do next ??? They are in shock, like what interesting people ask what to do next ... asked to wait and then said: today Laura is not ... come when it is. And hung up. I'm shocked. So when we even went to the doctor on Monday, "one of our people" unceremoniously leaned in front of us, even though it was our turn, we waited until everyone shared their experience of the weekend and only then the man was examined by a doctor. Draw your own conclusions ...
