The guitar was sent to Lutsk. Asked to pack, as it is a musical instrument. They promised to do everything in the best way. As a result - the guitar came unpacked, just in the case in which it was sent. For delivery 300 hryvnias. Not only were they sent to the wrong department, but they were not tied up with polyethylene.

The first branch - simply there are no words ... Arrived to take away the goods, can't find, let's look for ourselves, we look ... our tile lies, and on it the worker is trampled. We open, and the tile is burst. To us the answer: under a bath, there it will not be visible. On one more goods the framework was removed though without us and our permission they had no right. The second branch - it is simply pleasant to take away the goods, quickly, responsibly.

The service is good, but not one problem. Removed double commission when paying for the goods by card. No one warned that one percent would withdraw new mail. Delivery turned out DOUBLE. And the other one percent was withdrawn the next day when the extra money came. Next time it is better to pay in cash, so you will pay less commission !!!!
