Victor is damn cool! We have done two projects (for now) and I am very pleased! He is punctual, able to listen, able to realize the strangest ideas! His technical work is beyond praise! He is a amazing tattoo master and artist !!! Oh yes! He is a wonderful person too! I highly recommend him!
