Frostbitten consultants, frostbitten warehouse. I have been standing in line for the delivery of goods for 30 minutes !!! Girl and boy are like newts in the freeze. They barely move. They can't find a nifig, they don't navigate their warehouse at all !!! And I'm 2nd in line. The one in front has 4 names of goods. I buy here for the first and last time! Never again !!!

In short: terrible company with terrible service. Disregard for clients. It all started with deception at the very beginning. We came to the store on Sobornaya, where the consultant assured us that they now have delivery and installation. This was a very important moment for us, so that those who make the furniture installed it. We made an order, paid money for the creation of the project, the designer constantly confused which facades and countertops we ordered. Okay, we did a project in the end, paid. We waited 1.5 months, then quarantine began, there was no way to make delivery and the installer began assembling furniture in the office warehouse, on Cathedral. After a while they called back, agreed on the date of delivery and installation. They brought it, started to install it, didn't finish it to the end, because then something was missing, then the plinth on the countertop was not the same, then some of the facades were defective. The installer came back several times later. When everything is more or less brought to mind, the installer calls the consultant in the store in front of me and asks the cost of the installation ... okay. They immediately said that the installation of about 10-15% of the cost of furniture, in fact, turned out to be under 20% It remained to replace several facades and one drawer (guides). We waited a long time for them to be brought, then they could not contact the installer. And when they got in touch, it turned out that he no longer works there ... either he was fired, or he left ... At about the same moment, there were problems with the tabletop, in one place it simply "swelled". The store dumps the blame on the installer, the installer on the store (the edge was not made by him and in general you were not sold a moisture-resistant countertop). As a result: 1) An unfinished kitchen (several defective fronts, drawer guides) 2) Marriage with a table 3) Permanent order errors 4) Overpayment for installation. I asked furniture makers how much it cost to install such a kitchen. Overpaid 1.5-2 times. 5) Cheating and refusing to install as soon as problems arise. Although they immediately said that the installation was from the company, the installer constantly visited the store and constantly communicated with the staff, in the same place at the cathedral he began to collect furniture, although who would give it to a stranger without documents and checks and give it to be collected on the territory of his workshop / warehouse and the payment for the installation was called by the store consultant. I called the store, then the telephone line, left a complaint, waited 2 weeks, then began to remind me that I was "fed breakfast" for another week or 10 days and promised that the administrator, then the director, would contact me first. Then the administrator called back, said that the installation was not from them, despite the above information and nothing they could help. UPDATE This is not entirely true. This is why I mentioned it in my review. Your consultant initially told us that the installation and delivery is from you, that there is a separate person who is involved in this. I repeat, we specifically mentioned this, that it is important for us. The second is that the installer collected furniture in your workshop / warehouse (he dumped photos for me). The already assembled "boxes" were brought to our house and then he just hung it up, cut out holes in the countertop, attached the doors. If you did not have such a service on what basis the furniture was given to an outsider ... without documents. Why did he collect it from you? Why did your store consultant call the installation price? Either you don't want to see problems or you are deliberately patronizing your employees. Perhaps this is their initiative, but in this case, why is the buyer the last one, and not the representative of your company? Why are the facts described above taking place? We would like to understand the situation, then we would figure it out and call and find out, and talk to the installer. And so this is just another "unsubscribe". Alas, you fell for the name, but it turned out like this :(

The first (and last) time I place an order in DASK. I ordered 2 sheets of chipboard for cutting on 11/09/2020, the readiness date was written on 11/18/2020, however, it’s not so long to wait BUT, already on 11/28/2020 my order is not yet ready and it’s not known when it will be, for what I paid I don’t know. I highly do not recommend Dask. People who write positive reviews have not yet faced all the problems that can arise.

There are no consultants .... one is busy sending to another, one working day at 17.00 is over, the second is watching vidosiki with the client ..... another one is rubbing at issue .... sharazh montage. And basically it's always like that.
