Good afternoon, I want to leave a complaint about the store, TaDa, Kryvyi Rih, 4 mkn. Zarechny 20a. I was in the store with a child, took goods from the shelf, a children's pistol, it fell from my hands, I picked it up and returned it to the rack. At this time, a children's suitcase fell from the back side, which was allegedly damaged. At the checkout, the deputy head Vasilishina Lyudmila, who was without a MASK, approached me at the checkout and said that it was my fault that I was "stuffing" the goods back on the shelf (although I just returned it to the place on the cameras it can be seen) and wanted me to pay for the goods. Moreover, the deputy head did not communicate with me respectfully, she was rude, OVERCOME me. A question for the management why such a chain of stores hires employees who do not know how to resolve conflict situations and offend customers. That is, for the fact that sellers do not know how to arrange the goods, the buyer should pay ??? I, in turn, refused. They drew up an Act, which she did not even want to initially help fill it out, gave a piece of paper and said fill it out until I said that I personally do not need an ACT and I will now turn around and leave, she said she would fill her part of the act "later", that is it's okay you sign, and then I will add what I want ??? What is this negligible level of customer service? This is a shame for your company and not an employee. Hire competent professionals who know how to work in conflict situations and know the laws. According to Art. 323 of the Civil Code of Ukraine (hereinafter - the Civil Code of Ukraine), the risk of accidental destruction or accidental damage (spoilage) of property is borne by its owner, unless otherwise provided by an agreement or law.
