Reviews
Different reviews about the clinic Step, but not one doctor works in this clinic, but many. Bad doctors, and why don't they write which doctor they treated the pets, you can't all one size fits all.
On the street Fuchs in Stepa, I always take my dog to Lyubov Sergeevna, the doctor is excellent, patient, attentive and there has never been a mistake in treatment and prescriptions. They sterilized a large street dog, left it for overexposure, full name, unfortunately I don't remember the surgeon, we were very satisfied, the junior staff thank them all, very attentive. I came to see the dog after the operation, so the conditions, I will say, are ideal, like in a 5-star hotel. Therefore, I only have a score of 5 for vets and administrators and junior staff.
They brought a cat on 01/19/21 with a complex paw fracture, had an operation. There are no complaints about the traumatologist (alas, but I don't remember the name), a good specialist, the paw was recovering, even some mobility appeared. The prices, of course, are not cheap, but you always have to pay for quality treatment, and I understood before the operation what I was going for and how much it would cost me. One of the reviews below contains information about the PUNKY EPIDEMIC (distemper in cats), BUT NO ONE WARNINGS ABOUT THIS. TAKE MEASURES TO PREVENT SUCH SITUATIONS IN THE FUTURE BECAUSE YOUR HOSPITAL IS RECOMMENDED BY VERY MANY IN THE CITY. It is very likely that our cat has passed away from this disease, the symptoms almost completely coincide with those described by other veterinarians on the Internet and with face-to-face consultation. THIS REVIEW ONLY REFLESES MY OPINION ABOUT THE CURRENT SITUATION AND CANNOT BE 100% CONFIRMED. ANALYSIS NOBODY DID (did not have time). A 2-star rating only for a good traumatologist (a person is definitely in his place, loves animals), work 7 days a week and good hospital equipment.
I do not recommend that you protect your animals from such "clinics".
The story is this: on the evening of January 5, I noticed that my cat was not able to go to the toilet normally (on a small one). On the morning of the 6th, I go to the state clinic on a trampak, pump out urine through a catheter and prescribe treatment (noshpu, antibiotic and herbal supplement - cotervin + recommendations for blood chemistry and ultrasound) with suspicion of stones in the bladder.
In the evening and at night, the cat often begins to go to the toilet and go to waste all over the apartment with blood.
I waited heavily for the morning of the 7th and had to choose another veterinary clinic to get an appointment. Since the STEP "clinic" has been working since 8 am, I decided to go to it.
On the 7th, upon arrival at STEP, they listened to me, felt the cat's bladder, said the urinary bladder was empty, and gave an injection of vitamin B12 and hemostatic. They said they did not take blood today, but they had to register for ultrasound on the 10th. According to the appointments, they said everything was fine. The fact that a cat goes to the toilet with blood is said to be the norm and nothing needs to be done about it. They took UAH 315 for two injections.
After returning home, I suspected that I might need to go to the clinic again and called another, found out where ultrasound and blood can be done right away, but did not go that day because the doctor from STEP said that this condition of the cat is normal. After that I regretted it.
During January 7 and until the morning, the cat still cannot go to the toilet normally, walks with blood and stops eating and drinking. I am sadly waiting for the morning of January 8, I suspect that in such a situation something irreparable can happen to the cat, and I go to the third clinic - LaMur.
In the morning of January 8, I come to the clinic "LaMur". They listen to me, examine the cat, stimulate the cat to release urine, see that the urine comes out freely and conclude that the main problem is not urolithiasis, but cystitis. They change the antibiotic and prescribe stronger herbs, the ultrasound is said to have an empty urinary sense, and they take a blood test. And miraculously, upon returning home, the cat feels better and he stops writing with blood. For the reception with injections they took 145 UAH (they made 5 injections) and 300 UAH for the blood test. In the "clinic" STEP, by the way, only a blood test costs 400 UAH. On January 9, when the blood test is ready, they take a urine test from the cat and do it in front of me, with immediately ready results, they say the whole situation. Within five days of treatment, the cat bounces back to its normal state (January 12). The clinic said that since everything is fine, ultrasound is not necessary.
Who knows what would have happened to him if I had listened to a doctor from the STEP "clinic" and was waiting on January 10 to do an ultrasound scan and only then start treatment. I was also surprised that in addition to the main price for ultrasound in the STEP "clinic" they charge an additional fee for gloves and something else (unfortunately I did not remember why).
Conclusion: if you need a quick response to problems with your pet, look for a normal clinic, do not waste the animal's precious time on this pseudo-institution. Your pet will thank you :)
Sorry for such a long post it may look like an advertisement, it is not! I hope he will at least direct someone to the right actions.
If you want to lose animals in the shortest possible time or mow down an entire nursery, you have a direct road to Step. PUNKA WALKS NOW IN THE CLINIC and local "doctors" confirm this post factum but DO NOT WARN. Devices and tables are not processed in most cases, the attitude of the staff towards your animal is just to rip off the money. Take care of yourself and your pets.
And I have a good review.
Then, when the veterinary clinic on Shirokovskaya put an end to our puppy (enteritis), and did not even offer to fight for life, this clinic offered to fight. And we won! Our baby survived and now makes us happy. Thanks to the doctor Viktor Viktorovich, who wrote out the treatment plan, and Svetlana Alexandrovna. They are professionals !!! Many thanks to them!
