I am a young mother. Circumstances developed today that I had to visit the salon with a baby. It was possible, of course, to call and cancel the appointment just before the procedure, but it's not in my rules to let people down. And how would it be for me to arrive in the salon for just 5 minutes and I want to be beautiful. And I decided to visit the salon with the child. The first thing I ran into was the lack of a ramp ... well, it’s not like that ... but when I opened the salon doors, I encountered the skewed eyes of the administrator, who clearly made it clear by his appearance that he would most likely like to see another visitor. In general, the procedure is done, there are no complaints about the master, as always, at the height and with understanding. The time has come to leave to say goodbye to the administrator and the staff who are standing in the hall. And again, a disgruntled face, everyone stands watching as the mother dresses the child and tries to pack herself quickly so that God forbid the child does not disturb the peace of this institution with his cry. Nobody even hinted: "can I help you?" or open and support the door ... in general, I came out with a sense of persistent humiliation. And one question: "what does the prefix vip mean?" I was in the salon for the first and last time. Unfortunately, there is no more desire to get acquainted with a wide range of services.

The best salon in town! The case when the price / quality / professionalism met my hopes 100%! Always a pleasant atmosphere, clean, beautiful, comfortable, they offer tea / coffee / water (and absolutely free of charge, without adding an expense to the client's main account, as other salons do), all masters are professionals in their field! Administrators are always smiling, polite, pleasant, they will help you choose a service for every taste and amount! The owner of the salon, Ekaterina, is very kind, attentive, glad to every guest / client. I love this place very much, my heart is with you forever ❤️

Master colorist Olga did not consult in an accessible and high-quality manner. I didn’t explain what options could be to achieve the most suitable option for me. I simply didn’t familiarize myself with what makeup she works with, what are the options for dyeing hair personally for my case, I didn’t introduce how she would work with my hair. I didn’t give any recommendations. I turned to the salon to get a competent consultation and recommendations of the master, and not come to look at the master and her popping eyes. Naturally, after this I will not use the services.
