When I placed an order with an operator, the first question was: "Will the guys be able to screw the light bulb into the headlight?", They asked me the brand of the car and said that they would be able to screw it in without any problems. (If they said they weren't doing it, I would have applied to another place). The order came on time, came to pick it up and asked to screw in a light bulb (guided by the conversation during the ordering process). After that, everyone looked at each other and fell silent, as a result, one man slowly walked out to the car. I opened the hood, he scratched the back of his head and said: "Well, I'm not a mechanic, after all." Are you guys serious? If I had been initially told by phone that the light bulb was not turned on, since they were "not mechanics", I would have simply ordered it elsewhere.

The staff is friendly, they always say hello. But the selection of spare parts wants to be the best. More than once, the wrong parts have been selected for Vin, explaining that the suppliers were mistaken. I believe that the selection of spare parts is not a problem of the supplier, but of the seller. But for that the delivery is free.
