I am very dissatisfied with the disorderliness of the Karaoke. I brought my friends to show them Karoke and they didn't get to sing until after 2 hours of sitting and watching people pay. If there is a need to pay an extra 200uah to skip the line then don't collect the first 50uah. Very unpleasant and displeasing. Annoying and upsetting. Very poor customer service. In addition, the grilled chicken was salty.

Incredible slow took 45min to get 2 beer very slow serving. (not the first time this happens)...
