Waiters are not attentive. The grilled mushrooms were tasty, Cesar salad also fine. The pork shashlik was really disappointing - tough and almost inedible. They forgot the grilled salmon we ordered.

We visited this institution. We come not for the first time. They made an order, having previously specified with the waiter how long it would take to wait, they said up to half an hour. One dish, Burrito was brought at the specified time, but inside it was cold, the current from the refrigerator in the microwave was not even heated, although the menu indicated that it was a hot snack. The pizza was never received at the time indicated by the waiter. I haven't seen so bad service for a long time. Not a cafe, but a wine glass. Hosh for 50 you here !!!

An interesting thing turns out, when you come to a cafe, you look at the menu, it seems that the prices are not high, but in the end, you are brought to the table dishes from small portions, over which they don't bother at all, the food is not brought to taste, the waiter offered us a salad " festive "arguing by how tasty it is ... WHAT IS IT ALL FOR ?? The salad is not tasty, not even so, it's just a strange set of products in mayonnaise worth 90 UAH for 250gr. It was offered by the way instead of Caesar salad, because we did not want to take a salad called "Caesar" and costs accordingly, but at the same time it simply does not include several components of this dish (a sharp reduction in the price of a product for sale at high prices!) Staff of the norms)) Adjarian khachapuri ... This is the smallest khachapuri among all the establishments, it goes ATTENTION by the piece and costs 75 UAH-1 piece. This is so that the guest does not guess how much was not reported to him?))) Well, okay with the size, it smells gorgeous and you want to try it sooner, but here's the bad luck, and again the dish is not brought to taste, it seems that the dough was prepared separately, the filling (which, by the way, not enough) also separately ... it's a pity ... As a result, our account turned out to be the amount for which we sit in establishments in the city center, with delicious food and beautiful presentation ... It seems that people come to visit this cafe, simply because there is nothing else nearby (except for Gershir). Disappointment, we won't come here again. The sofas are terribly dirty and not pleasant to sit on ...

The establishment itself is not bad, the food is delicious, but there is one big But. This is service. When serving glasses with wine, the glasses were not wiped, everything was dripping with dried water. It is unpleasant. The waiter rarely came up during the entire time of the providence in this establishment, never changed our ashtray. It's a shame that you have to leave 10% for such a service.
