I want to complain about the work of Sberbank employees at 6 Soborna Street. Previously, polite and sociable employees worked, there were no problems. Now we are repeatedly faced with indifference to customers, especially the elderly. Today, when I paid for utilities to my parents during the quarantine period, I see negligence again, not help for older people.
