Найгірший банк в якому Я був. Прийшов оплатити за візу і як завжди тут черга хоча і не велика, але настільки повільне обслуговування, що може ні нервів ні часу не вистачити. Одна каса взагалі на весь банк. Підчас прийому клієнтів починають робити в касі інкасацію, яка затягується на 30 хв., а люди як ідіоти стоять і ждуть. На мою думку інкасацію можна зробити після закінчення прийому громадян.

The bank employees and cashiers themselves sit in a warm room, let in one person at a time, and calmly watch as people freeze in the cold. Is this how the bank's management believes that the majority of its customers? If so, this is the wrong strategy of the bank!

Today I came to pay for the visa, everything is as usual, because this is not the first time. There was a queue at the cash register, and the employee asked what question I came to, to which I gave an answer. I was told to go to the girls sitting in front of the entrance. Okay, I think the new rules. I waited in line for those girls. I sat down opposite the employee, and she gave me: we have new rules, and before paying the visa fee, we make a card of our bank to everyone. I was surprised to say that I did not need a card, because I only had to pay in turn, to which the employee emphasized that it was mandatory. I explained to her that I was going to permanent residence abroad, and I was not returning to Ukraine, to which she said that this was not a problem, and before leaving in 10 days, I could come and close the card. In short, she "pushed" me that card. Two hours later, an acquaintance also went to pay the visa fee to this bank, and no card was opened for her. I have a question, to the management, to the employees: what kind of scam? That is, you earn bonuses on ordinary people by pairing their cards? Not ashamed? After all, I just came to pay for the visa fee. Stop deceiving people, and do this bullshit. If your salary is low, change jobs! I have everything ... 😡
