Terrible service. Constant queues, well, very long staff are always displeased, communicate with customers as if we owe them something and what we have come to do. I do not know if the employees have an instruction on which they should work. But if so, they do not follow it at all!

Maintenance SHITS FULL. It is impossible to pay utility bills in them. Constantly in them the program does not work then the Internet hangs a complete mess. For an hour and a half like a deer you sit in line waiting to believe their words that the program will work tonight. I spat on that mess and went to the central office of Privatbank in Novovolynsk. I paid through the box office instantly without any delays. Privatbank Near the Hospital is a department. You will die in the queue while their utility payment program works. I do not advise anyone to pay utility bills because of the department near the hospital. You will grow old until you see when the program will work in them AAAADDD

The place is very good, there is an ATM and terminals for payment, but only one cashier has a lot of people, and therefore there are always queues ...
