Complete irresponsibility !!! Why are you not writing the truth, in response, I heard you that 4-5 weeks, it was desirable for 2 weeks (you still called to clarify), and agreed, but it turned out 2 months, and what non-standard are you talking about. Ordinary interior doors in Khrushchev, what is the standard for you then? And no one is in a hurry to correct mistakes ...

It's not even a bad company, and if you choose from hundreds of the same, then the price-quality ratio will clearly be on their side, unfortunately, for the most part we are not oligarchs, and somehow I was not ready to put doors for 30k, although beautiful)) but purely by chance, walking home from the market, I saw a shop, I think I'll go in, let them tell you, and I never regretted it, the third year and like a watch. Regarding the refusal to install a new lock ... and would you entrust the installation of the company that let you down ??? I recommend reading it to those who plan to use the services of the company. A week and a half ago, they installed an entrance door for us (with locks in the kit). A week after the installation, they could not get home, because one lock jammed. They turned to the manager Alexander, people who came from him also could not open. I had to resort to the help of bear cubs, whom Alexander recommended to us. He promised that the costs would be reimbursed if it was confirmed that this was a manufacturing defect. The specialist, having drilled a lock for us, confirmed the marriage by issuing a sales receipt in the amount of 2800 UAH. Turning to the company with a question about reimbursement, we were refused, because the check is nonsense and they are not at work. They only proposed to install a new lock, thereby confirming that the malfunction arose through their fault. Well, we got to 2800, the amount is rather big! These are such unscrupulous people, apparently, not very valuing their reputation!
