On Tuesday, February 12, one of the monitoring groups of the "Ukrainian Network for the Rights of the Child" visited Kharkiv Oblast Children's Home No. 3 without warning. The inspectors were shocked by what they saw. In an institution designed for hundreds of orphans and children deprived of parental care, there are 172 people on the staff list, but their wards do not receive proper attention. Almost the whole winter the kids stayed indoors: the staff "it's hard to put them on and undress". Children hide toys because "they throw them" and they are difficult to collect. At the same time, closed storage pantries are packed with new toys - gifts of volunteers.

We visited in the summer in 2018. Great attitude to the children from the staff, professional specialists (massage therapist, speech therapist, neurologist, physical therapist, pediatrician), a great pool. Recommend!!!
