Although the girls consultants are professional, polite, competent - this is the only positive! 22,02,2021р. The director called me and offered to reissue the cards: salary and credit motivated by the fact that there will be better conditions as my card receives enough money every month and OTP Bank offers this service. In the conversation I warned that I need the cards and blocking them for the period before the card is issued, it does not suit me, to which the Director of this branch said that the cards will not be blocked until new ones are made and I as a client can exchange valid OTP cards for new in the branch when they are made. What I naively agreed to !!! At that moment, the cards were instantly blocked! When I came to the OTP branch to find out what kind of swindlers work there, the director said - "Why did you come so quickly?" Because before that she asked me several times how often I visit Kharkiv !? I replied that not often! So I decided that the client would not come to the branch to find out something. At my request to unlock the cards immediately because I need to withdraw funds to pay for the goods and I have a car under load - the Director told me "YOU LISTEN TO ME", and so it lasted 10-15 minutes. I did not achieve anything because my cards were blocked according to the standard procedure for re-issuing cards! I incurred additional expenses for a simple car with goods because I could not pay for the cargo in time while looking for funds to pay, as my funds on OTP cards were blocked! Conclusion The director of this department is not a competent person! Be careful !!!

I really didn’t like the attitude towards the client. Premium service, and you need to queue like all customers. Why print coupons when they let them into the cashier without coupons ... Regarding the work of the IT system, the employees themselves do not understand when it will make payments ... The bank praises itself everywhere, but then hire adequate employees who will comply with the work regulations, and not "twirl" as they like ...

And on the other door there is a printed A4 sheet with a bunch of text, where, among other things, it is indicated in small print that the break is from 12:30 to 13:00 Adding to the review: I fixed it from two stars to four thanks to an incredibly cool consultant! Girl of 5 stars. She explained clearly, helped to solve the issue completely, corrected my first impression of the visit from a minus to a tremendous plus. Thanks.

Nice bank. Polite staff. They explain and show everything normally. The checkout works fine. For 2 years that I have been working with the bank, I have never had any problems. I hope that this will continue to be so. Of course, I would like to make it possible in ot smatra to make a transfer system from card to card of another bank (as in private 24) I hope that the bank's management will take note of this.
