Disgusting !!! (An error when issuing a card - minus a week! Then the attitude and tone of communication, like I borrowed money personally from the staff! Unprofessionalism, they promised to close the card, which they themselves opened incorrectly - no, they did not close it. And even in the presence of Requirement! Gone, call, come back! Returned ... It turns out they have already succeeded. No hello, no goodbye, no thanks! Not even an apology for the jambs of the department in a week and a half! They made it clear that they wanted to get rid of as soon as possible. They discuss their affairs with each other, they do not take their eyes off their smartphones. They do not offer to help the client. There was a desire to refuse services! A radically different impression of other departments in the past .... I DO NOT RECOMMEND the department on Derzhavinskaya! P.S .. no offense !! Don't treat people as distracting noise! By the way, the experience in the branch at Chernyshevskaya and in Proton at Bogdan Khmelnitsky a few years ago left a very good impression! And now I'm thinking of giving up the services of the OTP bank. I will repost the review in all social networks! Thanks for the service! 🎉

The management is not loyal to its customers, in general, a very negative experience, many violations by the bank. I have been a client once, I will no longer and I do not advise others.

At the entrance to the machine you need to take a number with the name of the service that interests you. This is not very convenient, wasted time. The cash desk door is always open! It should not be so, many people come with currency or simply large sums, I would not want everyone sitting in line to watch this! The cashier is slow, the bank staff is not particularly welcoming.
