Two families with two young children. Two hours waiting after placing order and without our main courses, and when we suggested we cancel the waitress (who was lovely) said the kitchen hadn't even started them yet. Very poor - and the restaurant managers didn't consider it appropriate to apologise to us as we left. Novovolynsk now has some great places to eat setting high standards - despite the lovely atmosphere, this place is sadly not amongst the best.

I love this place, but today our dishes were too salty, and the pancakes did not wait (40 minutes).

40 minutes waiting for pancakes with meat ... Pancakes were not prepared for us, they said that they had a lot of deliveries.
