On the 26th of the day, a diesel watch was bought at the DECA store in the DECA chain store. We noticed the seller that the time did not correspond to the present. The seller assured that everything was ok, tightened the arrows. After 4 days, they noticed that the clock was behind. When I called the hot line, they assured me that they would either exchange for a watch without a defect, or repair, or return the money. But when we arrived, the seller, as well as their director (or admin) in the phone mode, REFUSED to us, offering one single option. To give them a watch at the service center, they will determine "who broke them" and make a decision ... Let me remind you, not a week has passed. They don’t have a 14-day return. They don’t answer for the words of their employee on the hotline.

Not only are spamming sms and vibers, so now they also call, during working hours, when I'm busy. A huge minus for this, I do not want to go there for sure.
