He stood peacefully and simply looked at the depot from the side of the market, but the guards clung on, especially the healthy one, the swindler, threatened to take him to the department. 2 guards - minus 2 stars

The first launch section of the Saltovskaya line included five stations from the Istoricheskiy Muzey station to the Barabashova station (now Akademika Barabashova). To service it in the floodplain of the Kharkov River between the Zhuravlevskaya dam and Akademik Pavlov Street, the construction of an electric depot began in 1981. Here, on the territory of 14 hectares, soil was poured from the metro construction sites, on which the second line of the Kharkov metro was being built. PM-2 "Saltovskoye" was formed before the launch of the Saltovskaya line as a result of the reorganization of the Rolling Stock Service and the formation on its basis of two independent subdivisions of the metro - PM-1 "Moskovskoye" and PM-2 "Saltovskoye". The first head of the new depot was V.E. Zmievskaya, who previously worked in the Moscow depot. On August 10, 1984, the first launch section of the Saltovskaya line with a length of 6.6 km was put into operation. By this time, 60 cars of the 81-714 / 717 series had arrived at the depot. On October 24, 1986, the Saltovskaya line was extended by 3.6 km to the station "Heroes of Labor", in connection with which the depot's car fleet was replenished by another 21 cars. On the territory of the depot, there is a Point of Restorative Facilities (PVS), created in July 1997. It is designed for prompt response in case of emergency situations in the subway. It includes a GAZelle car, equipped with everything necessary for an emergency. In October 2002, a renewed car-washing complex with treatment facilities and a return water supply system was commissioned. It is located on Ditch 17. Thanks to this complex, washing of one composition takes no more than 5 minutes. The rolling stock includes 105 cars of the 81-714 / 717 series produced by the Mytishchi Machine-Building Plant and the Leningrad Carriage-Building Plant named after Egorov. Average daily mileage of a car is 351.7 km. There are 17 ditches in the depot. The first 3 of them are occupied by RMS, 9 are designed to receive one five-car train and are equipped with deep inspection pits, and 4 “shallow” ditches can accommodate two five-car vehicles. At the same time, there is enough space between the 17th ditch and the run-in branch for the construction of another nave for 4-5 "two-part" ditches. On the park tracks of the depot there are 33 switches with a controlled electric drive. There is a break-in branch. The depot is connected to the Akademika Barabashova station with a double-track connecting branch.
