I bought a pair of shoes in this store on 12/04/2020, the pair did not serve even a month, the seams began to fall apart, brought the pair to the store on 12/27/2020, made a warranty repair, I took the pair, everything looks good, but during the lockdown, the pair began to break again and where they did and in another place. As soon as the store opened after the quarantine on 01/25/2021, I again brought a couple, they took it for consideration (as the cashier explained to me), a couple of days later a written answer was given, if, in short, "all the warranty periods have expired ..." Hey guys, what are the warranty periods ??? I bought a pair for 1894 UAH, I don't think that these are cheap shoes, or do I need to buy my own shoes every month ?! I look at the comments below and am just amazed, probably not me alone was thrown. Your task is to sell the goods, and then there is nothing not to be held responsible for. I will appeal to the above-standing authorities, let them put things in order in this store. Glory in social networks for your store is guaranteed! Wait for checks! Have a nice day !

Recently I realized that my shoes are more than 3 years old, I bought them in Odessa in 2017. And they are in perfect condition, although I wear them every winter and often! Such women's ankle boots with laces, with a snake. I looked at the inscription inside and thought I should write them a review! Nice shoes! I used to buy new ones every winter, but these are both comfortable and warm and hardly worn out!

Acquired defective goods) Found a strange sound, there was a hole in the sole! In the store, the seller Darina refused to exchange or repair! He speaks rudely and in a raised tone with clients! After asking the administrator, or contacting him, she said that she is the main one here)) I ask the management to pay attention! I demand an exchange for another pair !!!!!
